All you have to do ... save this file in C:UsersPomDocumentsSports InteractiveFootball Manager 2012schedules and choose from Import option while in game.
It includes different schedule for Strikers, Goalkeepers,Defenders (Center & Wing), Midfielders (defensive, center/attacking and wing ) . The stress level will be acceptable for all senior players and most of the youth players. You can notice them improving after only months training.
